We are Nicole and Mark. We have always wanted to be parents and are so excited to be on the journey to adoption. We can’t wait to expand our family and provide a loving, protective and safe home for a beautiful child.

About Us

It took us longer than we hoped and expected to find each other and are so thrilled to expand our family through adoption.

We originally met in 2013 at a fun summer camp for adults and fell for each other right away. Although the timing didn’t initially work, 5 years later, after thinking about each other for years, we reconnected and we haven’t looked back since. We moved in together in February 2020, just before the pandemic started. While it was such a difficult time in general, being together full-time in our new apartment only strengthened our bond. We love our home and actually got married in our living room with a small group of family and friends surrounding us.

We have a loving, communicative, fun, playful, spiritual, intellectual and rock solid marriage. We are so happy together and truly help bring out the best in each other. Both of us miss and can’t wait to get home to each other after a long day. We lead full lives with careers we both love and a community of amazing family and friends in our lives.

About Nicole

I am gentle, nurturing and quirky with a lot of energy and a lot of love to give. I am passionate about helping others, teaching theatre to kids and being with my amazing family and friends.

I’ve spent my professional career as a teacher and onstage as an actress.. I grew up in Florida but am happy to now call myself a New Yorker. I love sci-fi tv shows, playing scrabble (even though I rarely win), cooking and going to see live theatre. I’ve been fortunate to have done most things I’ve wanted to in life, but what I want most, what I have always wanted most - is to become a mother. I am so excited to be on this journey with my incredible husband - to parenthood.

About Mark

I am passionate about helping others and I have a strong work ethic, a big heart, a playful personality and a love of animals.

I am a Physical Therapist and was previously a Social Worker. I truly love my work because I am able to help and learn from others as well as make a good living doing something I am so proud of and passionate about. There is nothing more important to me than my family and friends, starting with my amazing wife, Nicole, and our dog Sheldon. I am fiercely loyal and devoted to my family, friends and community. The only piece missing from my life is a child. I have always wanted to be a father and it took me a long time to find the love of my life to do it with. We are so ready to be loving, giving and nurturing parents.
